Death by Force

Carnez Boone, age 39, was murdered on February 5, 2014, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred on the 1900 block of North Myrtlewood Street at approximately 6:49 p.m. Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the scene, where they found Carnez with a gunshot wound to his neck. He was being placed into a Philadelphia Housing Police vehicle when the officers arrived. Carnez was transported to Hahnemann University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead that same evening.
