On March 24, 2014, 23-year-old Timothy Artis was found shot in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was discovered in the driver's seat of a tan 2000 Nissan Maxima on the 7300 block of Garman Street. The incident occurred around 1:11 p.m. when Philadelphia police responded to the scene and found Artis suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his neck and shoulder.
