Charles Quarles, age 45, was shot and killed on April 26, 2014, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident took place on the 6500 block of North Uber Street around 9:02 p.m. When Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the scene, they discovered Charles lying in front of a residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his torso. He was transported by officers to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
