Quasim Perrin, a 24-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on June 17, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found on the 2200 block of North 2nd Street, next to an exploded ATM machine. Quasim was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased by medical personnel. The Office of the Medical Examiner later determined that Quasim had suffered from a gunshot wound to his back.
