In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Philadelphia, the course of Rashan Enty's life was tragically cut short. On May 20, 2015, on the 4200 block of West Girard Avenue, the 29-year-old Black male was shot multiple times. Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene at 11:49 p.m. to find Rashan lying in the street with critical injuries.
