Rashan Enty, a 29-year-old Black male from Philadelphia, was fatally shot on the evening of May 20, 2015. The incident took place on the 4200 block of West Girard Avenue, a neighborhood in the city's West District. At around 11:49 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Rashan lying in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
