Royston Webb, a 28-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered in Philadelphia on May 23, 2015. On that Saturday afternoon, around 12:45 p.m., police responded to an apartment on the 5600 block of Ogontz Avenue where they found Webb suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He had been shot twice in the back of his head. Despite the quick response of medical personnel, Webb was pronounced dead shortly after at 1:04 p.m.
