Justin Jones, a 37-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was found fatally shot on August 21, 2015. The incident occurred just after midnight on the 4400 block of Longshore Avenue. He was discovered lying on the ground next to the driver's door of his white 2004 BMW, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
