In the early moments of a Friday morning in August 2015, the quiet of a Tacony street was broken by the discovery of a grim scene. Justin Jones, a 37-year-old male, was found in the driver's seat of his white BMW 740i on the 4400 block of Longshore Avenue. He had been shot multiple times in the upper chest.
