David Flores Rudo Jr., a 20-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on July 18, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found in the rear driveway of a residence on the 4500 block of Bleigh Avenue with gunshot wounds to the head and right leg. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
