Murdered

On August 26, 2015, Derrick Young, a 21-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was fatally shot on the 1600 block of Rowan Walkway. The incident occurred around 9:22 p.m., and Philadelphia Police responded to the scene, where they found Derrick suffering from gunshot wounds to his face and chest. Medical personnel arrived shortly afterward but were unable to save him, and Derrick was pronounced dead at 9:31 p.m.
