On the afternoon of December 9, 2015, Philadelphia Police responded to a report of gunfire on the 200 block of West Apsley Street. Upon arrival, officers found 31-year-old Black male Mustafa Guyton lying in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 1:15 p.m.
