Marian Roberts, aged 57, tragically died on August 17, 2013, in Oakland, California. Her death was the result of a murder-suicide carried out by her father, William Roberts, who was 88 years old at the time. Marian had been a quadriplegic since 1987, following a severe fall down a flight of stairs that resulted in traumatic brain injury.
