Zoey Hughes, a 16-year-old from Modesto, California, tragically lost her life on May 18, 2021, in a shooting incident that occurred on a party bus in Oakland. The bus was returning from a 21st birthday celebration in San Francisco when it was targeted by gunmen on Interstate 580.
