Nafice Desha Hill, a 25-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically killed on January 12, 2016. Philadelphia Police Officers responded to a report at approximately 12:38 p.m. on the 400 block of West Indian Avenue. Upon arrival, they found Nafice lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
