Lionel Samuels, an 18-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on August 18, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found in the courtyard of the Simon Garden Apartments on the 6700 block of Musgrave Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate arrival of medical personnel, Lionel was pronounced dead at the scene.
