Kevin Alexander Theard, a 35-year-old resident of Claremore, Oklahoma, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2024. The incident occurred at a home near Dupont Street and Moore Avenue in Claremore. Theard was born on March 18, 1989, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Melvin and Cynthia Hollins.
