On February 4, 2016, Norman Fletcher, a 28-year-old man, was fatally shot in Philadelphia. The shooting took place in the early afternoon on the 100 block of West Dauphin Street. When Philadelphia Police Officers arrived at the scene around 1:24 p.m., they found two shooting victims, one of whom was Norman Fletcher. He had sustained gunshot wounds to both his back and head.
