In the spring of 2016, a young life was abruptly cut short on a street in Philadelphia. Nineteen-year-old Miguel Colon, a Hispanic male, was fatally shot on the afternoon of Wednesday, April 13, 2016. The incident occurred around 1:59 p.m. in the 4000 block of Howard Street. Responding to a call, Philadelphia Police officers discovered Colon inside a silver Honda CRV, where he had been shot multiple times.
