Andrew Hazelton, a 33-year-old resident of Blackwood, New Jersey, was fatally stabbed on August 21, 2016, while at the Bleu Martini bar in the Old City section of Philadelphia. Hazelton was spending the evening at the bar when an argument broke out between his group and another group nearby. The altercation escalated, and during a second confrontation, Hazelton was stabbed in the neck.
