Isaiah Batties, a 31-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was shot and killed on September 28, 2016. The incident occurred late on the night of September 27, when Philadelphia Police Officers were dispatched to the 6000 block of Vandike Street. Isaiah was found inside his residence suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Temple University Hospital but succumbed to his injuries the following morning.
