On November 23, 2016, Norman Brown, a 45-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically killed in a shooting that occurred inside a residence on the 2000 block of West Turner Street. The incident happened around 9:49 p.m., and when Philadelphia Police Officers arrived at the scene, they found Norman Brown lying in the kitchen area, having suffered a gunshot wound to the head. Medical personnel pronounced him deceased shortly afterward, at 10:05 p.m.
