Fareeda T. Coles, a 37-year-old woman, was tragically found on December 19, 2016, lying in the street on the 2700 block of North 3rd Street in Philadelphia. She had suffered significant trauma to her head and body. Philadelphia Police responded to the scene at approximately 11:29 p.m. Fareeda was transported to Temple University Hospital in critical condition, but unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries on the morning of December 20, 2016.
