Leotis Bullard, a 40-year-old man, was murdered on the night of September 22, 1988, in Portland, Oregon. He was shot multiple times while inside a known crack house on NE Beech Street, where another man was also shot but survived. Bullard was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Prior to the shooting, he had been seen purchasing cocaine at Cleo-Lillian’s Social Club earlier that evening.
