In the winter of 1977, the life of Bernice Kuhl, a Caucasian female, was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On January 15th of that year, her body was discovered beneath a bridge in Polecat Creek, near 10300 S. 33rd W. Avenue. An investigation determined that she had been strangled, and her death was officially classified as a homicide.
