Do you know who murdered Lisa? In the spring of 2009, a 37-year-old woman named Lisa Bollaert arrived in Tulsa, Oklahoma, having hitchhiked from her home in New York. A former member of the U.S. Army and a mother, Bollaert had been struggling with her mental health and had recently left a treatment facility. Seeking a fresh start, she stayed at a Salvation Army shelter and later a women's shelter in the Tulsa area in late April and early May. She was a woman adrift, leaving behind a husband and children in her journey west.
