On the night of February 16, 1981, Francine Frost, a wife and mother, disappeared from her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The next day, her car was found in a grocery store parking lot at 2100 S. Memorial Drive with the keys left in the door. Two years later, in January 1983, partial remains were discovered in Muskogee County, which were later identified as belonging to Frost.
