Angela Jean Monhollen, a 23-year-old mother of four, was pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse when her life was cut short in August 1989. On the night of August 6th, she was on her way to her late-night shift at a nursing home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, when her truck ran out of gas on the Gilcrease Expressway.
