A teen's body is found next to a rescue mission
On April 3, 2008, Corey Benton, a 17-year-old resident of Guthrie, Oklahoma, was found fatally shot near the Grace Rescue Mission in Oklahoma City. His body was discovered by one of the mission’s residents, and he had suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his abdomen, left thigh, and left arm. Despite a medical examiner ruling the case a homicide, Corey's death remains unsolved.
