In the winter of 2010, the life of Jeffery Dewayne Turner, a forty-four-year-old man, was brought to an abrupt and violent end in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On the evening of January 10th, the sound of gunshots echoed through the McKinley Apartments, drawing the attention of residents. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered Mr. Turner inside an apartment, deceased from multiple gunshot wounds.
