Do you know who murdered Alexander?
On October 4, 2008, 25-year-old Billy Wayne Alexander was found shot to death inside his apartment at 12942 E. 35th Place in Tulsa, Oklahoma. According to witnesses, multiple men—described as five to seven Black males—fired into his apartment before fleeing the scene in a white, four-door Chevrolet (model years 1997-2000). The motive behind the shooting is unclear, but Alexander suffered several gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene when officers arrived.
