On an autumn evening in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of a young man was tragically cut short in a hail of gunfire. Twenty-five-year-old Billy Wayne Alexander was inside his apartment on October 4, 2008, when the peace was shattered by the sound of multiple gunshots. When police responded to the scene at 12942 E. 35th Place, they found Alexander deceased, having been struck by several bullets.
