In the winter of 2005, the life of Tony Bernard Williams, a 38-year-old man from Tulsa, Oklahoma, came to a violent and tragic end. In the late hours of a December evening, at least two individuals broke into Williams's home. They forced him from his bed and out of his house, compelling him into the backseat of a stolen Chevrolet Caprice. He was then driven approximately 25 blocks from his residence to the 200 block of East 66th Street North.
