Sheila Scott, aged 46, was reported missing in February 2006, and her remains were discovered over five years later, on October 25, 2011, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Sheila's body was found inside a Ford Expedition, which was submerged in a retention pond at the 500 block of South Mingo. The discovery was made after a woman walking her dog noticed that her dog had retrieved a human foot from the pond.
