Do you know who murdered Ocie?
On September 4, 1991, Ocie Mae Platt, a 70-year-old woman, was found murdered in her home at 1619 N. Cincinnati Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ocie lived alone, and her body was discovered by her son, Julian Pratt, after a neighbor, Willie Mae Thompson, was unable to reach her by phone. Julian arrived at the house to find the back door unlocked, and upon entering, he discovered his mother deceased inside the residence.
