Brenda Jean Young, a 31-year-old resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was tragically murdered on February 5, 1997, at her home in the Comanche Park Apartments. On that evening, neighbors reported hearing gunshots coming from her apartment at around 7:41 p.m. When police arrived at the scene, they found Young inside her apartment with multiple gunshot wounds.
