In Tulsa, Oklahoma, on March 31, 2026, the life of 29-year-old Carlissa Harris was tragically cut short. She was found shot and killed in the backseat of a car, the victim of a violent crime spree that also claimed the life of 75-year-old Moesly Livingston, a ride-share driver. The two were discovered together in Livingston's vehicle.
