In Tulsa, Oklahoma, on March 31, 2026, the life of 29-year-old Carlissa Harris was tragically cut short. She was found shot and killed in the backseat of a car, the victim of a violent crime spree that also claimed the life of 75-year-old Moesly Livingston, a ride-share driver. The two were discovered together in Livingston's vehicle.
The suspect in the double homicide was identified as 34-year-old Marsean Taylor.

His violent spree then moved to a nearby gas station where he attempted to steal beer and threatened employees with two knives.

They initially attempted to subdue Taylor using less-lethal methods, including pepper spray, a taser, and a bean bag launcher. When these measures proved ineffective and Taylor continued to pose a threat, an officer shot and killed him, bringing the violent episode to a close.
