Christie Leigh Ward, a 28-year-old woman from Tulsa, was tragically murdered on September 3, 1985. She was last seen at Classic's Bar on East 51st Street in Tulsa during the early morning hours. Christie’s body was discovered the following day, partially clothed, along East 51st Street by two teenagers. Her hands had been bound behind her back, and she had been sexually assaulted, shot, beaten, and possibly strangled.
