On December 18, 2009, Alice M. Sosa, aged 61, was found dead in her San Antonio home in what authorities ruled as a homicide. Her body was discovered around 1:00 p.m. at her residence on North Frio Street. Local law enforcement initiated an investigation into the circumstances of her death, which indicated that she had been intentionally killed.
The San Antonio Police Department, with the support of Crime Stoppers, has since sought public assistance to identify suspects connected to Sosa's murder. Crime Stoppers offered a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest. Despite efforts from both investigators and the community, the case remains unsolved, with law enforcement still appealing for tips that could help resolve the investigation and bring closure to Sosa's family.
