In the winter of 2017, a life was tragically cut short in Oklahoma City, leaving a family grieving and a community searching for answers. Georgio Latorris Harris, a 27-year-old Black man, became the victim of a fatal shooting on the evening of January 28th. The violent encounter unfolded in the parking lot of an apartment complex situated in the 7000 block of South Walker Avenue.
