Terry Martin, a 46-year-old man from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically died on March 28, 2015. The cause of his death was a murder-suicide incident involving his live-in girlfriend, Laurice Hampton. The couple had been involved in a heated argument over a $500 lottery ticket that Terry had won. Terry shot Laurice, who was critically injured but managed to call 911 before succumbing to her injuries a few hours later at the hospital. Terry then turned the gun on himself, resulting in his death.
