On October 29, 1966, Anita Taylor, aged 20, was tragically found severely beaten and apparently raped at her home at 415 Ludlow Avenue, Springfield, Ohio. The horrifying discovery was made by her husband, Larry Taylor, upon returning from his late-night work shift. Anita's 18-month-old son, Aaron, was also found beaten in his crib but managed to survive the attack.
