On March 20, 2003, Yohance Powers, a 29-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was shot and killed at 1811 Elm Street in Hamilton County. Powers’ death remains an unsolved homicide, with the incident occurring at his residence on that day. Despite the efforts of local law enforcement, including the Cincinnati Police Department, no arrests have been made, and the case remains open.
