On May 29, 2022, 15-year-old Jerome Lipscomb III was fatally shot in Cincinnati, OH. Lipscomb, a young African American male, was with friends near TQL Stadium after attending the Taste of Cincinnati festival when the incident occurred. Police found him dead at the scene, and another victim was treated at a hospital.
