Damontae Gibson, a 26-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, was shot and killed on November 7, 2019, in the Westwood neighborhood. He was found shot at an apartment complex on Karla Avenue around 10 p.m. and was later pronounced dead at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
