Wilmer Diaz, a 19-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on April 20, 2022, in Cincinnati, OH. Diaz was fatally shot in the CUF neighborhood, specifically in the 2500 block of Halstead Street, around 5:44 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene, while another individual was injured and taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment.
