Jariell Dean, a 27-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost his life on May 27, 2014. Dean was fatally shot in the head while sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot of Richie's Restaurant located at 1301 Linn Street in the West End neighborhood. According to police reports, Dean attempted to flee the scene by accelerating his vehicle, but he ultimately crashed into the side of the restaurant.
