On September 14, 2011, 28-year-old Devin Lovaughn Sheppard was fatally shot while visiting a female acquaintance at a home located at 7431 Gardenside Drive in Dayton, Ohio. The incident occurred around 11:11 a.m. during which an unknown assailant confronted Devin, resulting in a gunshot wound to the chest.
