Philip C. Stohr, aged 27, was found dead at his residence on June 11, 2009, in Dayton, Ohio. He was discovered at his home located at 106 South Findlay Street. The homicide was investigated by the Dayton Police Department, and Stohr's death was classified as the 20th homicide in Dayton for that year. He was shot in the lower back, and his fiancée, who was bringing boxes to assist with a move from his home, was the one who found his body.
