Carl William Duncan, aged 62, was shot and killed in the early hours of December 28, 2017, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at approximately 2:15 a.m. at the Sandpebble Lounge located on Lockbourne Road. Carl Duncan was found lying in the rear parking lot of the lounge suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
