In the late summer of 2026, the life of 38-year-old John Garrett Kelley Jr. was brought to a tragic and abrupt end in Savannah, Georgia. On August 27th, the quiet neighborhood surrounding East Broad and Anderson Streets was disturbed by a significant police presence as a distressing event unfolded.
