On the evening of Friday, September 4, 2026, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace in the Walnut Park neighborhood of Saint Louis, Missouri, irrevocably altering the course of many lives. Reginald Holmes, a 23-year-old man, was at a St. Louis Fish and Chicken restaurant located in the 5000 block of Goodfellow Boulevard.
