Kristian Robert Rodriguez, a 20-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on January 4, 2010, in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's officials, Rodriguez was walking on the sidewalk in the 900 block of North Serrano Avenue when the shooter, riding a bicycle, approached and opened fire.
